      Pros

      Free food, some staff members are nice, most are caddy and childish.

      Cons

      Practice manager at a certain location does not take feedback well and blames staff for his shortcomings. Plays favorites and literally works staff to the point of quitting. Emails to HR have gone unnoticed and nothing has changed

      The only pro I fell into this place was having the open concept flooring.So clients could actually see what we were doing, and they weren't thinking we were just ignoring them

      Constantly short-staffed, no compassion for their staff. I lost my father during covid.And I needed a little more time my manager at the time was amazing.But she was replaced while I was out by somebody else who had no compassion.It's very cult like i would definitely say that the management at the location I was at was terrible.That they replaced my original manager with all about the money, not really about the pets, as much as they drill it into your head, they say they are
