Decent shopfloor staff, pay okay

Cons

Back stabbing. You can't trust supervisors and managers. Training is non existent. Its unorganised. It's clicky and if your face doesn't fit you won't be successful there. They will hammer you for every mistake you make. Too much pressure for production. Moral is very low. They don't uphold their own values. (Lamination)
