Pros
This place knows you have family, events, emergencies that need tending to...and just days when you need a break so the work-life balance is respected and admired. Every level of employment mixes and you don't feel inferior to many people. They push you to be better at your job and promote transitions to different areas. VGM treats employees as family, so there are many events sponsored: BlackHawk hockey games, work incentives, treats for any and all holidays...and random days, and family fun days at local businesses. They want you to enjoy coming to work.
Cons
Starting pay in any position with/without a degree in Homelink is around $11-12/hr. If you're young, this may not be too bad...if you have plans/a family, this can be cutting it low. They do have decent benefits and incentives that help give you more balance. This is also still a young company and growing quickly. Training with Homelink can vary since they are trying to get people working right away.
