VGM has great health coverage benefits. The company does promote the employees from within so great opportunity for growth.

Cons

Very negative environment, no longer give yearly raises based on job performance but gives very low cost of living increase across the board for all employees that are hourly. There is a lot of favortism and back stabbing within the company
