They offer good health plans.

Cons

There is little to no accountability for senior leadership. They can harass and bully employees and get away with it. Physician leadership engage in “public shaming” of providers as a means of correction. Extremely toxic place to work.

Pros

Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
