Only pros that come to mind are the benefits and pay. Do not sell your soul to the devil. Run

Cons

Low staffing, cut throat, deceiving, very political, no sympathy for working parents with sick children. Poor management. Flawed system which sets up employees to fail

Pros

Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
