A good size hospital-big enough to be good but not too big. Has a culture of listening to employees. Community members really like the hospital.

Cons

High turnover on some floors. Inadequate float pool. Limited parking. Cafeteria pricing. PTO has limited carryover.

Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about employees. Management encourages professional development, trusts employees to do their jobs, and promotes a collaborative environment. I've been given opportunities to attend industry conferences, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully. The work is interesting and varied, and I've felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and organization are important.
