CEO and COO are absolutely horrible. People screaming & cursing at one another with open doors. Very abusive, rather than looking for opportunities to reward good work, they look for mistakes to punish you.

Relatively small company so most people know each other. You are treated like a person, not just a cog in a machine. It is a growing company, so there is much room to grow and be a valuable part of the team.

Cons

It is a constantly adapting and every growing company, so roles within the company can change to tailor the needs of the company. This is only a con if you are set on a specific job and never want to change.
