Pros

Work from home, good benefits. Good PTO. Company listens to feedback from workers. There are some procedures and processes that you learn as you go. It helps to be a fast learner and having extreme patience with the callers and I mean extreme patience and It does get REAL and STRESSFUL on some calls.. Some days are good and some days are not easy.

Cons

Frustrated callers Outdated systems High Metric goals Better training

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful and balanced review, and for your continued commitment over the past several years. We’re glad to hear that you value our benefits, flexibility, and that your feedback feels heard. We also want to acknowledge what you’ve shared about the realities of member-facing work. Supporting frustrated callers takes patience, resilience, and emotional energy, and some days can be more challenging than others. We’re actively working to improve areas you mentioned, including training, tools, and systems, so employees feel better equipped and supported in their roles. We’re also regularly reviewing performance expectations to make sure they’re fair and achievable while still meeting the needs of our members. We appreciate your honesty and encourage you to keep sharing feedback — your input plays an important role in how we continue to learn and improve.
