Horrible CS Management - Customer Service Representative VNS Health Employee Review

they constantly breathe down your neck even if you're doing what you're supposed to do. they're petty. you make one mistake, then you're on the blacklist. they expect you to work a call a certain way, then when you're doing that, you're not answering the phones fast enough. this is coming from someone with extensive CS experience in various industries including healthcare, not a rookie in CS. They DO NOT know how to run a CS dept.
