Pros

you can work from home Nice Laptop so they can micro manage .

Cons

- don't work here from a hiring agency like Medix because VNS will treat you like you are a step child - Some managers are so rude, They give you no praise and all they do is talk down on you. - this is high level training , they will expect you to work not knowing important things and then criticize you for doing it wrong . -they have UNREALISIC expectations for your work day, you have to make 10 sucessful calls a day, which isn't bad , however add (3) 1 hour team meetings in there and they have the same expectations. -favoritism if working through a hiring agency, you get no paid holidays -VNS expects you to let them know a month in advance when you will be sick so that they can create the call list right. god forbid you have to go to the hospital. - unapproachable - Care Mangers will straight ignore you if you ask them a question. but have to respond IMMEDIATELY if they send an email. - so many people quit ( turnover horrible

We’re glad you’ve found VNS Health to be a strong place to work and that the resources available to you have been useful. Clinical onboarding needs to prepare people thoroughly, but it should also recognize the knowledge and experience someone brings into the role. We’ll keep that balance in mind as we continue improving the onboarding experience.

Thank you for sharing this. We’re glad to hear that you see job opportunities at VNS Health. With so many different programs and services across the organization, we’re proud to be a place where people can build their careers, explore different paths, and grow over time. You’re also right that there have been changes in senior leadership, and we understand how that can create uncertainty. Like many healthcare organizations, VNS Health continues to adapt to meet the changing needs of the people and communities we serve. As we move through change, we know how important it is to give teams clarity, context, and steady communication along the way.
