1. Zero work life balance 2. They make you slog atleast 16 hours a day 3. Management is not concerned about the employee's personal life 4. They will easily replace and terminate you 5. Work is both in US and India shifts , I repeat late hours 6. Management does not even try to maintain the work life balance 7. Projects are pathetic, you have to take over multiple roles If you are willing to sacrifice your personal life , please do join.
