Honestly, I am surprised reading the Cons posted but all to his/her. Having worked with big IT giants and having being failed by their managements most miserably, all that I can say is - When Cons remain Cons with them (think of all the IT Giants and also the mediocre ones), but here at VRIZE Cons are worked and acted upon. It is and will always be a two way street. Each level of the hierarchy is heard regardless of time and place. And once heard, it is listened too at all levels.
