Pros
- Smart, talented people—they are the best part of the job - Competitive pay - Ability to dip your feet into different facets of your job and try new things - Constant availability of snacks, good coffee, beer fridge, and LaCroix is nice - Fun bi-yearly parties
Cons
- Used to be on a direct path and knew their strengths, have lost that entirely - Odd structural organization makes it hard to grow and titles don't feel like they mean much. There are about 25 Associate Partners across the company and 4+ Directors for each discipline. - Heavily lacking in culture, there is no "top down" support or encouragement. Employees don't buy into the initiatives that are supposed to create that culture because they feel very disingenuous. - HR and recruiting teams are really lacking as far as making "human" connections - Don't plan to take a vacation without being expected to check emails at least a few times a day
