- legacy of quality talent and clients - a few of the top tier brand and marketing designers are still standing.

Cons

- white male-dominated - completely lost their way. Arrogance drove leadership to only listen to each other, not the ace talent they once had. - biggest client in the agency was allowed to be run by an extremely egotistical, quite junior account lead. - all the best talent (including all NYC partners) are gone.
