Opportunities to work on Fortune 500 companies – great for the resume. Talented colleagues [who are slowing becoming hacks]. It's got a good Chicago fairy tale – but let's be honest: fairy tales don't get people new jobs these days.

Cons

95% of leadership is promoted to their level of incompetence – including and especially the CEO. Talk, talk, talk… no one believes anything is getting better. Clearly they are building the place up to sell—and that's only a securely good thing for those who are invested (Associate Partners and Partners). Review process is a sham.

Cons
