Pros
- Some good people still work there, although that's few and far between - Ability to work on high visibility clients - Decent work/life balance depending on the account you're on
Cons
- Lack of transparency in the health of the company or how the it operates. CEO will claim business is doing great and then a round of layoffs will happen weeks later - Semi-annual layoffs that only target low/mid level employees, never partners or people who are actually responsbile for lost accounts and clients - Zero diversity in senior management. Company did not value or even think about a diverse workforce until very recently - Agency is extremely top heavy and bloated - People who have worked their whole careers at VSA only see one way of doing things, have no other work experience to draw from aside from how things were done at the company in the past - Promotions are rarely rewarded with no clear, identifiable path to move up in the organization
