- New office with nice view and free snacks. - You get to work with some talented people. - There are a few lovely, genuine people here. Seek them out quickly because they don't tend to stick around. - Guests regularly invited from other agencies to share what they do, which is inspirational and educational.
Cons
- No leadership or support from Partners and senior level staff. - Incredibly poor scoping of projects. - Favoritism and social cliques create divisions within the team. - Mentoring is not valued. - Unsustainable relationship with their main client leads to poor work/life balance. - Their is little desire from their main client for creative/innovative concept development. VSA is basically a production shop for them. - Severe lack of client diversity. - VSA is not a digital shop. If you are looking to further your digital career, go somewhere else.
