      Easy money making business ie. Insurance business and if it is a non-profit then way too much money into the pockets of execs

      Cons

      Make too much money to be pocketed by execs...actually misappropriation. Seems like the culture is of a clique, promotions slow and don't hire top talent from outside at senor levels or either you be someone like them. Company lacks diversity

      There is no pros working for this company

      Cons

      No work life balance, toxic work environment, benefits get worse every year, executive leadership is horrible, very leadership heavy and doesnt care about the people who actually do the work, stay away if you want a life and want to be treated like a human
