      People are friendly, and the company believes in excellent work balance. They also have substantial health benefits and a really beautiful campus.

      Cons

      Base pay is below market and new initiatives move at a glacial pace. Many people there are slow to accept change.

      No work life balance, toxic work environment, benefits get worse every year, executive leadership is horrible, very leadership heavy and doesnt care about the people who actually do the work, stay away if you want a life and want to be treated like a human
