      Wellness perks that cost a lot are free

      Cons

      The smaller LOBs need to be monitored by VSP versus letting them run rogue against all rules. It can be extremely toxic. HR is limited

      There is no pros working for this company

      Cons

      No work life balance, toxic work environment, benefits get worse every year, executive leadership is horrible, very leadership heavy and doesnt care about the people who actually do the work, stay away if you want a life and want to be treated like a human
