Pros
All the people at VSR are friendly, personable and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet fast paced. The facilities and equipment are all modern and cutting edge. Many times I found myself enjoying my job so much that I worked right through break time, without even realizing it, one day an hour after my shift had ended, my supervisor said, ("you can stay, but you can't stay here," just before he locked the doors for the day.
Cons
In my opinion the upper management is not fully in touch with all the workings of the production staff. After only three weeks of employment, my position was done away with, due to a corporate change combining several different departments, wood, metal. If they were aware of the coming restructuring, why did they go to the trouble of searching for and hiring me.
