great people to work with, Only on the floor.

if someone doesn't like you for any reason, they will let you go for no reason. Engineering team is a joke, No review after 90 days, no benefit package presented after 90 days. pay you low as possible and expect outstanding performance, everyone talks a different language and they don't enforce common courtesy. almost everyone on the floor clocks out for lunch ten minutes after being on lunch, employees sleeping in break room, horrible atmosphere. If you outshine your supervisor be aware of possibly getting let go.
