Cons

LAUSD off after 1 1/2 years. Told discontinuing part time. Was escorted from HR to my office and watched as I emptied desk area. Escorted to exit. Felt like a criminal. Strange office environment; no talking, joking, etc. Kept in the dark regarding company plans, office/personnel reorganization.

No micromanagement, or anything of the sort. Very easy going. Just getting your work done and having a good attitude is all they ask. Great people.
