During my interview company lied to me that it will be a software developer role but when I joined I found it is purely a support role. Regarding 3 years bond company told me it is just for formality and not given me offer letter. Company has given me offer letter after almost 2 weeks of joining and there I found company has mentioned about 3 yrs compulsory bond with no buyout clause HR simply told you will not be released in any circumstances for 3 years and next 60 days as a part of notice period. After reading this clause I have sent a proper email for declining the offer still company told me you accepted the offer and you are now absconding. I have not received any email for exit formalities although. Salary not on time. Lot of company politics. Very less salary.
