Pros
VTS does everything with care and consideration, beginning with the HR team that brought me in. I initially interviewed for a position that probably wasn't quite right for me, but they continued to see my value and helped me find the right place, which I now could not be happier about. VTS gives you plenty of space for autonomy over your work, and you get great experience as you are able to interact heavily across the spectrum of the business, from Sales/AM to the Product/Engineering teams. If you're someone who wants to be in a position to make decisions and have a direct impact, this is an ideal place to work. There is also a strong social element that's there to encourage you to have fun and develop genuine friendships with you co-workers.
Cons
The primary cons have more to do with work style preference. Some people prefer a certain level of structure, and while decisions are made carefully, the responsibility you are given will be yours to create the vision for. That can be intimidating for some.
