That passion is translated into incredible work product and a supportive environment. * VTS has an incredible maternity/paternity leave policy * The company is focused on hiring the very best talent, meaning your co-workers are experienced, committed, and get things done. * The company has invested heavily and is committed to solid D&I program which is really great to see.

Cons

* At VTS you move fast, work hard and expectations are high. Not a con for me personally, but for some this could be a stressful environment.

- Great work-life balance - You are surrounded by like-minded people who respect your professionalism and perspective on work-life balance. - The Company is currently going through huge transformation, so you will be joining at the right time; the worst part is over. - Tired of cut-throat, performance driven culture? great place to park yourself for few years for high cash comp and piece of mind. - If you are driven / want to make a change, your efforts will be highly valued here. - Great place for entry or mid-level as there will be ample opportunities for you to step up due to constant openings driven by high attrition and layoffs. If you line up well, you will have the fastest promotion tracks in your career. - Great place for people who can navigate corporate culture, read the room, and go with the "flow". your ability to ingratiate, perpetuate and be part of the core culture will be highly rewarded here. - Lots of exceptions, special one-time leeways are given stealthily and regularly.
