Pros
I've been at VTS for five years and have seen the company mature leaps and bounds in its support of its employees. VTS has worked hard, especially in the last two years, to make it a really wonderful workplace for all its employees. Speaking only of the company's response to COVID, I have never been so grateful to work for this company. They provided a whole host of resources for employees and their families as we all transitioned to this new normal.
Cons
The company did take some time get to where it is today and while there were certainly some growing pains, I've worked at a few start-up SAAS companies. VTS by far has invested the most in its employees and has been most willing to take a look at what company practices have been harmful, discriminatory, etc. and has done its best to improve.
