- They have no strategic or competitive moat - literally anybody can build a competitor and do it better than them -Poor sense of product development - Toxic culture, especially at the leadership level. - Incompetent execs. They have no idea how to run a business or build value. They're essentially going thru their contacts asking people to buy and give then end up giving it away for free because that's what it's truly worth - When the sales numbers dont come in, they pivot or double down and start with laying off a chunk of the company, restructure the departments and then hire again for the roles they just fired. It's literally a waste of peoples time. Expect nothing to get done.
