You can choose to work hard or be lazy any time. VTech Toys seldom fire staff in HK. You can find your own way to keep your work life balance.

Cons

A few weeks before shipment, overseas staff can request to change the product design from scratch. One week before mass product, CEOs can ask to change everything. Game designers usually don't communicate well with overseas and CEO at the project start. They will just tell the whole team to change all the time.
