      Pros

      Good place to work at, if you need help with anything all I had to do is pick up the phone and ask... everyone seem very helpful

      Cons

      Can't think of any... but it was hard to get contracts in the Orlando area... too much competition

      Opportunity to pave your own way and clear path for advancement with small teams and lots of turnover

      Cons

      Poor pay, promises from offer letter not adhered to. Lots of disorganization and intercompany disagreements. It was a very messy organization.
