Pros

Customer service and maintenance has combined to become guest services. This ensures less wait times for guest to get their questions answered and spend more time enjoying their vacation. Management has implemented new streamlined processes to make it easier for the agents to do their jobs efficiently. The changes are well received and customer satisfaction as well as employee satisfaction continues to rise.

Cons

Being a 24 hour call center, late shifts are sometimes necessary; however, management does it's best to ensure equality across the board.

Pros

Opportunity to pave your own way and clear path for advancement with small teams and lots of turnover

Cons

Poor pay, promises from offer letter not adhered to. Lots of disorganization and intercompany disagreements. It was a very messy organization.
