Pros
Pay is decent now. But raises and evaluations are a joke. Co Workers in GS are there to help when needed,
Cons
The cons are the fact that they can't keep managers and above. They turned 2-3 HR Directors in a year. That should say something right away. They axed one Regional Director after they demoted her. The next Regional Director quit after 3 months, and then the Ops Director who in many of our opinions was the best Director we have had in a long time walked off after 3 months as well. Oh and then the Marketing person quit. The boss/owner is known to be very unprofessional with the staff and has often been heard berating the staff. Until he learns to keep his negative and hostile personality out of the work place he will never keep the really good ones from leaving.
