From the start of being interviewed and being brought on as an employee with VTrips, I have felt that it is a very family-oriented environment. The team has been so inviting and genuine. I feel that this is a very fun environment and every meeting I have with my team it feels like a family reunion. I really enjoy the growth structure of the company and being part of the hiring team. Everyone is genuine and take the time to get to know me on as a person and co-worker.
Cons
My workday goes to fast and I enjoy my interactions with both new hires and potential hires.
