Company is very disorganized. Employees were constantly being moved to different positions. Positions were constantly changing, by piling on more responsibilities. Many were doing the work of 2 - 3 people. Zero to minimal training.

Opportunity to pave your own way and clear path for advancement with small teams and lots of turnover

Cons

Poor pay, promises from offer letter not adhered to. Lots of disorganization and intercompany disagreements. It was a very messy organization.
