Pros
The training is thorough and detailed, and the overall environment is positive and motivating. Management is always available to answer your questions and ongoing training is always an available resource. The pay is great if you are good salesperson, in fact there is no ceiling. In addition there are spiffs or extra incentives almost daily. The Human Resources department is excellent and always finds ways to celebrate (ice cream sundae bar on National Have Fun at Work Day). They also encourage employees to give back through incentives. For example if you donate to a specific charity that they are trying to raise money for then you're entered into a raffle to win a prize.
Cons
If your skill set is not built for customer service or sales then this is not the job for you. You have to be driven and possess the ability to stay positive (sales anywhere can be a bit if a roller coaster).
