Pros
I am 66 years old and I can work 4 days a week which is perfect for me. I totally love my job! This is the first job I've had in all my life that I look forward to going to. I've there a little over 2 years and I can still say the same thing. The training is phenomenal and it's a one on one training that you simply cannot mess up! There is also continued training if needed or if computer system changes warrant it. Speaking of the 'system', the software programs are awesome! They integrate smoothly and our IT team is on point!! The whole atmosphere of the workplace is positive, laid back and motivated all at the same time. Everyone, managers included, are on a first name basis and managers have an open door policy so you can feel free to address any problem or issue you may have. Their salary is commensurate with your ability to do the job and is very fair, and possibly above the starting salary of other similar companies in Orlando. An insurance program is offered, vacation, bonuses, contests, etc. make this a job that your earnings depend upon you. You always have the opportunity to earn more money. Also, this company promotes from withing and there is much room for advancement quickly. Our staff works well together so the working environment is awesome! I can't say enough about this place. It's the best!!! Maybe I'll see you there soon!
