Quiting was the best thing I did there and speading the word about this terrible company was the second.

Cons

Selling a scam to people in need. They mistreat workers. Openly discriminate against african american women and members of lgbt. Zero african american managers on the sales floor smh

Amazing coworkers who does everything to help you become successful. Friendly atmosphere and managers who goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need to thrive in the company. Also a lot of amazing perks. Great Benefits. And a really good work life balance.

Cons

The same as every sales job really. Save your money for when lead flow is high because there will be slow seasons!

Terribly toxic, “mean girl” group of longtime managers. They will hire, fire, rehire the same terrible people over and over again. Micromanaging, manipulative, and condescending. Sometimes hostile and always fake work environment. It was great at first, but then I learned a very valuable lesson: if you think they don’t like you, they don’t. If you think they’re talking bad about you, they are. If you think they’re talking are intentionally holding you back, they are — ZERO upward mobility.
