It’s a company where growth is possible. Working hard is not enough as it requieres multiple aspects but there’s potential to make money in all departments
Cons
The company fell into a whole a few years ago. It’s normal for companies this size to start making wrong decisions such as acquiring new companies or trying new products that are unsustainable and as a result they cost time and money and more Importantly It end up costing the jobs to the innocent ones. Since the new vicepresidente took position multiple attempts have turned out to be unsuccessful and the company is hurting. There’s not a clear goal and there’s a lot of improvisation. There’s some sort of arrogance in the delivery of the executives and everyday they pay less money while not taking ownership of their mistakes and looking to the side. They have spend money trying new concepts and merging with other companies while they have left their customer care department abandoned and in critical condition. The forgot principal number one which is to take care of clients. Now they are thirst for money but hurting as every last bet has turned unsuccessful. A few more wrong steps and the company could disappear. There’s huge potential but this management is short in sight and lacks of experience. Eventually the company will realize what needs to be done or at least hopefully. The potential is there but not under this executives. There’s no clear path of where the company is going and now as a result Of poor planning they have to take more money away from their employees which is a massive mistake.
