I have personally seen VTG implement practices that were based on suggestions from it's employees in order to improve processes. VTG cares for you as a vital part of the company and knows that the secret to its growth and success is the quality of people that it hires. Have I told you that I love my job?
Cons
I am upset that it took so long for me to find my career. Would I change anything about what I am doing now? No. My only complaint would be that the starting hours are not ideal, but that is an intricate part of the business. Being an internet based company requires that we are open during non-traditional hours so that we can be available for our clients. If I am being totally honest, I would prefer better medical benefits, but at least we have them.
