I can assure you that many hours are invested in the almost three months of training that our newest agents receive and our turnover is much less than the standard industry. We have over 300 employees that have been with Vacations To Go for over 5 years and more than 100 with 10 years or more. The large amount of hiring is the result of the growth we’ve been going through as a company. Last year was our most successful year as a company and we still have more calls coming in than we can handle, which is why we continue to hire positive, motivated individuals that like the idea of having an unlimited earning potential.
