Pros

You have flexibility in what you wear to work and good potential for earnings at certain times of the year.

Cons

More turn over than any other job I have ever worked in sales before. They literally run people through like cattle going to the auction.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that you felt like you were rushed through the hiring and training process. I can assure you that many hours are invested in the almost three months of training that our newest agents receive and our turnover is much less than the standard industry. We have over 300 employees that have been with Vacations To Go for over 5 years and more than 100 with 10 years or more. The large amount of hiring is the result of the growth we’ve been going through as a company. Last year was our most successful year as a company and we still have more calls coming in than we can handle, which is why we continue to hire positive, motivated individuals that like the idea of having an unlimited earning potential. We’re sorry your time here didn’t work out, but we wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

Ability to work from home, and uncapped commission

Cons

Out of touch responses to any negative review. Rigid adherence to how things have been operating, and unable or unwilling to consider suggestions that would actually improve the relationship between company and agents. Surveys use a non-standard metric, just because it's what Alan wants, despite standard surveys (CSAT/NPS) being available.
