Pros
I have been with VTG for almost 8 years now. I went from a job where I had a salary to a 100% commission job at VTG. It was a little scary at first because I was not sure how I was going to like that. However, the management team eases you into it and VTG has came a long way to currently offering a guarantee for a minimum of your first 6 months of $45k a year. Vacations to Go spends a lot of time and money into advertising where there are no shortage of leads. There is absolutely ZERO cold calling. The leads come to you, and there are plenty of them. The earning potential is wonderful. I was able to make 6 figures my first year here and have not looked back. The monthly and yearly bonus structure monthly is great. They have implemented agents being able to work a hybrid schedule where you can work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office after 6 months depending where your sales metrics are (easily attainable if you do what you are trained to do) and also the ability to work from home full time after 18 months!! The most amazing part is the company recently just announced they are paying all sales personnel DOUBLE their normal annual sales bonus this year! There will be sales people getting close to $100k bonuses this year!! Please do not hesitate to apply and work hear.
Cons
None that I can think of.
