Pros

-decent first job for the newly graduated, better than being a barista or waiter/waitress -if online travel sales is really your thing, might be a good foot in the door

Cons

-terrible benefits -health insurance doesn't kick in for 6 months -little to no workplace camaraderie -work tasks can be very tedious and mind-numbing -should tell you something that work hours were 8-5pm and the entire team would stand up and leave at 5:00:01 pm, every day, with almost no exception

Pros

Ability to work from home, and uncapped commission

Cons

Out of touch responses to any negative review. Rigid adherence to how things have been operating, and unable or unwilling to consider suggestions that would actually improve the relationship between company and agents. Surveys use a non-standard metric, just because it's what Alan wants, despite standard surveys (CSAT/NPS) being available.
