Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the commission guarantee is not base pay—it’s a safeguard designed to support agents as they ramp up and grow in the role. Our goal is for agents to exceed the guarantee within their first year. In the second year, the monthly guarantee remains in place but is reduced by $1,000 (not $2,000). Agents continue to receive either their earned commission or the guarantee—whichever is higher—and by that point, most agents are earning well above the guaranteed amount. We thank you again for your input. Vacations To Go

Pros

Ability to work from home, and uncapped commission

Cons

Out of touch responses to any negative review. Rigid adherence to how things have been operating, and unable or unwilling to consider suggestions that would actually improve the relationship between company and agents. Surveys use a non-standard metric, just because it's what Alan wants, despite standard surveys (CSAT/NPS) being available.
