Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the commission guarantee is not base pay—it’s a safeguard designed to support agents as they ramp up and grow in the role. Our goal is for agents to exceed the guarantee within their first year. In the second year, the monthly guarantee remains in place but is reduced by $1,000 (not $2,000). Agents continue to receive either their earned commission or the guarantee—whichever is higher—and by that point, most agents are earning well above the guaranteed amount.
