      Pros

      I wouldn’t know. Temperamental recruiter who refused to meet with me. Didn’t think it was my dream position but would like the opportunity to at least see.

      Cons

      They will harass you about a job for ever and ever. I’d something in your life comes up and you can’t meet their exact needs within a few minutes they blackball you and won’t help place you in a job or even interview.

      Best recruiting company in the game! They make me feel valued and appreciated. They work tirelessly to get you the best placement possible.

      Cons

      Not using Vaco, any other company will not offer the same high quality experience.

      Pros

      GREAT work environment at Virginia State Police. Pay is good. Better than most contract employers for benefits. Supposed to get a bonus of a week's pay after 1 year and some paid holidays at that point. Best thing is getting to work on projects in AWS.

      Cons

      Requires 4 days a week on-site. No OT allowed. No pay for holidays, sick days or vacation. VITA requiring me to get a PMP, even though I was told I did not need one for the role.
