      Pros

      Teamwork and individual contributions to a greater goal are a must. Great company to kickstart your career and get to work with Fortune 500-clients. Opportunities to learn from others and grow with each task. Push for individuality and a good work/life balance. Leadership has freedom to coach and steer their teams.

      Cons

      Most growth opportunities are tied to the client's needs and wants, there's only so much Vaco can do outside some projects. Benefits and PTO could be more competitive.

      Pros

      GREAT work environment at Virginia State Police. Pay is good. Better than most contract employers for benefits. Supposed to get a bonus of a week's pay after 1 year and some paid holidays at that point. Best thing is getting to work on projects in AWS.

      Cons

      Requires 4 days a week on-site. No OT allowed. No pay for holidays, sick days or vacation. VITA requiring me to get a PMP, even though I was told I did not need one for the role.
