      Pros

      The most laid back work environment I've ever worked in. Open communication with management. They'll work with you if you express interest in progress within the team, and perhaps compensate you for your hard work (differs from team to team). Paid national holidays. Overall, a good 1 year experience.

      Pros

      GREAT work environment at Virginia State Police. Pay is good. Better than most contract employers for benefits. Supposed to get a bonus of a week's pay after 1 year and some paid holidays at that point. Best thing is getting to work on projects in AWS.

      Cons

      Requires 4 days a week on-site. No OT allowed. No pay for holidays, sick days or vacation. VITA requiring me to get a PMP, even though I was told I did not need one for the role.
