No upward mobility - Assistant Community Manager Vaco Employee Review

PTO is unlimited which is rare lately.

Very difficult to reach HR or any corporate department. Part of a very large equity backed group and everyone is a number. Locally, there is a small group of people that have been together for over a decade and no new people can survive or have opportunities as a result.

GREAT work environment at Virginia State Police. Pay is good. Better than most contract employers for benefits. Supposed to get a bonus of a week's pay after 1 year and some paid holidays at that point. Best thing is getting to work on projects in AWS.

Requires 4 days a week on-site. No OT allowed. No pay for holidays, sick days or vacation. VITA requiring me to get a PMP, even though I was told I did not need one for the role.
