You'll meet some of the most amazing people at Vaco who will genuinely have your back across all divisions and roles. Benefits are good for the most part, also.
Cons
It seems like everyone turns a blind eye to bad management. The amount of times I've heard someone vent about how poorly they're being treated by someone in a leadership position is horrifying. Also, they talk a big game about diversity, but outside of holding a biweekly meeting about people of color, it seems performative. They also don't acknowledge employees with disabilities.
