      Pros

      Coworkers are the best people I’ve ever worked with

      Cons

      Vaco steals a huge chunk of your salary from the company you actually work for and with. They don’t let you put that you work for that company (Google), only theirs which isn’t even true. They break the laws when it comes to use it or lose it PTO policy which is not legal in California and don’t pay us up to market in the Bay Area. What a horrible company.

      Great communication and support from the Vaco team. They genuinely care about your success and career growth, not just placing you in a role. Always professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

      Opportunities depend on client demand, which is typical in consulting.
